John Deere T560
The T-Series from John Deere has the largest shaker combine harvester in the world. In 2016, this John Deere series was rebuilt. The John Deere T560 now meets the TIER 4 standard. The models before 2016 only met the Tier 3 standard. The John Deere T540 is powered by the John Deere PowerTech PSX 6-cylinder engine, with turbocharger and 9 litre capacity. This engine brings the T560 to a maximum power output of 273 k/W (371 hp). The special John Deere inclined conveyor is included in the John Deere T560. It has three chains and reverse power of 80 hp. The long inclined conveyor allows not only an excellent view of the intent, but also on the stubble height behind the intent. The threshing of the John Deere T560 consists of a threshing drum with a width of 1,400 mm and a diameter of 660 mm. Separation is initially carried out by two precipitation drums, with an active total separation area of 2.8m2 which can sit over the shaker. In the case of the John Deere T560, the shaker itself has five shakers and seven levels, so one shaker in the John Deere T560 has a total area of 4.5 m2. The cleaning is carried out subsequently via the John Deere's Quadra-Flo Cleaning System with a fan speed of up to 1,525 rpm. The grain tank in the John Deere T560 holds up to 10,000 litres and has an unloading capacity of 88 l/s. The John Deere T560 is also available in the HillMaster version. This special version allows for harvesting on slopes of up to a 22% gradient. Through a combination of the two levelling technique, the Slope Master and HillMaster sieve box is fed continuously and evenly.
